1. The Post-Chalk Reset
Immediately after your session, wash your hands with a mild, pH-balanced soap to remove all gym chalk. Chalk is a desiccant that will continue to suck moisture out of your skin if left on. Pat dry and apply a pea-sized amount.
- Why: This provides immediate cooling relief via Aloe and Glycerin to "hot" hands and starts the barrier repair process before the skin can stiffen.
2. The Maintenance Layer (Daily Life)
Apply a small amount in the morning or throughout the day, especially after washing your hands. The cream absorbs in seconds. You can go straight from application to your phone, steering wheel, or keyboard with zero grease.
